Asking for help is a courageous act that shows great strength and desire for change. I have seen so many people suffering in silence while carrying their burdens by themselves, feeling isolated and trapped in their daily struggles. Life was not something we were meant to journey through alone and sometimes inviting someone into your story, through therapy, can be incredibly helpful to find your way forward. The joy of my work is coming to know my clients through these complex stories and collaborating while using a lens of self-compassion growth and tranquility. I take a person-centered, client-led approach to therapy. I focus on adolescents through adulthood, with a special emphasis on young adults. You deserve a safe space created to be able to just “grow... with the flow”. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker residing in Washington DC with over 8 years of experience. I have worked with adolescents, young adults, adults, and my families. My background varies from crisis intervention, community-based work, working with those with severe mental illnesses, group therapy settings, inpatient and outpatient settings, individual, and family psychotherapy.
